On this web page you will be able to witness a neglected part of the city of Olomouc turn a modern new district.

In 2020, the development group REDSTONE finalized acquisition of the land – right now, a study is in making on how to use this area in the most effective way. Extensive demolition works are in motion there, too – preparing the land for future construction phase.
